New clients start with a complimentary Meet & Greet Assessment at Park9. The assessment lets our team meet you and your dog in person and confirm that our off-leash Playcare and boarding services are the right fit. Register online, upload vaccination records, and book your first visit — usually within one business day of registering.
Welcome to Park9
Park9 is a social environment where dogs engage in off-leash group play while supervised by a member of our team. For that reason, prior to attending Playcare and boarding, all dogs complete our complimentary Meet & Greet Assessment.
The assessment allows us to meet with both you and your pup in person to confirm that our Playcare service is the best choice for your dog.
To enjoy Park9 boarding and Playcare services, canine guests must be:
- Social with both people and dogs — our facilities can feel overwhelming for pups who aren't used to playing in groups.
- Current on age-appropriate vaccinations and preventatives.
- Spayed or neutered if 7 months of age or older.
- Re-homed for at least six to eight weeks, if adopted or rescued.

After your assessment is complete, you're all set to book Boarding and Playcare online whenever you need. Registering for Cat Boarding or Salon & Spa only? Skip straight to booking after registration. Either way, we'll reach out online to confirm — then you're good to go!

- View past, present, and future reservations
- Receive text or email notifications about upcoming reservations
