Every stay includes indoor and outdoor playcare, daily pool time, and your choice of an overnight slumber room or a private suite. There are no extra charges for playcare, feedings or medications. Shuttle service from our Downtown Toronto location is available.

Every Park9 boarding stay is all-inclusive. The nightly rate covers indoor and outdoor Playcare, daily time in our UV-filtered indoor pool, feedings, medication administration, and overnight supervision. There are no hidden fees for playcare or medications.
Our YYZ location is the largest facility of its kind in the city and was founded and designed specifically for the well-being of the dogs (and cats) in our care. The dog play areas have large indoor and just as spacious outdoor space, suites that are suitable for all sizes and needs, and the UV-filtered indoor pool that was designed specifically for dogs.

Dog boarding starts at $79 per night. Rates vary by suite type (Premiere, Signature, Executive, Slumber). Multi-night discounts apply automatically for 7, 14, and 21-night bookings. Peak season and holiday daily charges apply.

How to prepare for your dog's boarding stay
To ensure a smooth stay, bring your dog's regular food, any required medications in their original containers, and complete the vaccination requirements at least 48 hours before drop-off.

Portion their food
Please bring your dog's regular food to avoid digestive issues. Separate each meal in a zip-top bag clearly marked with their name and any special instructions (e.g., add warm water). Add an extra bag in case of delays.

Pack comfort items
You are welcome to bring a favourite toy or a shirt that smells like home to reduce anxiety. Please do not bring valuable or irreplaceable items; Park9 is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Submit vaccination records
Upload proof from a licensed vet showing current Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP. Flea and tick prevention is required from May to November. Please allow 72 hours after vaccination before boarding.
What are the requirements for dog boarding at Park9?
All dogs must be social, up-to-date on core vaccinations, and spayed/neutered if over 7 months old. Prior to their first stay, all dogs must complete a complimentary Meet & Greet assessment.
- Social Temperament: Dogs must be comfortable playing in groups with other dogs and humans. Reactivity or severe anxiety is not suitable for communal boarding.
- Vaccinations: Current Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough), and DHPP (distemper/parvo) vaccinations. Proof from a licensed vet is required.
- Parasite Prevention: Flea and tick prevention is strictly required from May to November due to the high tick population in the GTA.
- Spay/Neuter Policy: Dogs must be spayed or neutered if they are 7 months of age or older. Unfixed dogs can book Private-Style boarding.
- Decompression Period: If adopted or rescued, dogs must be re-homed for at least six to eight weeks before boarding to ensure they have settled.
